NEED TO KNOW

Participants need:
1. To be 8 years of age or older
2. Have a signed waiver (click here for waiver)
Valid photo I.D Required for forms signed at skatepark
3. Be able to fill out their portion of the form, (address, phone number, ect.)
4. Have there own Bike, Inline skates, or skateboard.
5. Helmet knee and elbow pads, (rentals avail)
